Norman Thomas Hinkle, 81, of Louisville died Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Norton Women’s & Childrens Hospital.
He was a 30 year retired employee of the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant and a member of Community Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation 10-12 Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Community Missionary Baptist Church 4909 E. Indian Trail. Funeral to follow at 12. Private interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Survivors his wife of 60 years, Jeanitta Thompkins Hinkle, children, Elyce (Lisa) Pierce, Kandyce Groves (Gary Groves); grandchildren, Isaiah Pierce, Jasmine Groves and Jayla Groves; Sister: Dorthy Bourbor, and a host of living nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by brothers: James H. Hinkle, Richard L. Hinkle, Burnette Hinkle; and sisters Elizabeth A. Hinkle-Fletcher, Mary Francis Hayden and Virginia O’Bannon.
