Robert Parker Chandler, Jr. was born on February 6, 1949, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Robert Chandler, Sr. and Gloria Dean Caldwell Roberts. Bloria was the oldest and he was the youngest of his parent's children. In reality, they were only a year apart. Robert received his high school equivalency diploma and some college credits from Jefferson County Community College. He was a man of many jobs, including Lang Company, Metro Parks, TARC, and MV transportation. He was married to Belinda Watkins Chandler on December 17, 1988. His final place of employment before retirement was with Metro Parks.
"Juice", as he was affectionately called by family and friends, hobbies included writing poems and convincing others to purchase any and everything that he collected.
Sadly, on May 9, 2022, the Lord called Robert to take his rest. His unique spirit, many entrepreneurial endeavors, and direct sense of humor will be dearly missed.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Belinda Watkins Chandler; one son, Bobby Churchill; three grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, two nephews, Terry Chandler and Aundray Taylor, one close cousin Evelyn Tinker; one niece, Micquel Sanders, who was as close as a daughter; one special great-niece, Micayla Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, and friends.
