First, Annette O., 79, of Louisville died Monday at her home. Survivors her children Sherrin (Fred) Sweatt, Cecil (Janet) First, III, Lynnette Rochelle (Kirt) Fulton, sister Mildred (Willie Sr.) Lacy; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Visitation 10 a.m. -12 noon Saturday Burnett Avenue Baptist Church 6800 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. Funeral to follow at 12 noon. Burial: Green Meadows Cemetery. W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home, 3815 Newburg Road.
