Betina Denise Childress, 53, of Louisville died Friday, July 22, 2016 at Norton Suburban Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Wilma Childress, brothers, Donald Childress, David Childress, Darrell Childress and sister, Telenee Childress and loving friend Norman Johnson, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Visitation Wednesday 11am-1pm at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Funeral to follow at 1pm. Burial Louisville Cemetery
