Christopher Lee Douglas, Sr. was born on July 15, 1973, to Dorothy Douglas in Owensboro, Kentucky. His mother was blessed with two sons.
Christopher was educated in the Owensboro Public School District. He was a member of the Red Devils football team and a proud graduate of Owensboro High School.

After moving to Louisville, Kentucky, Christopher began his career as a truck driver. For more than 30 years, he skillfully navigated his Peterbilt 18-wheeler throughout the city.

In his free time, Christopher loved spending time with his family, listening to R&B music, and proudly supporting the University of Kentucky Wildcats football and basketball teams. If UK was not playing, he might occasionally watch other teams, but he always made it known that the Wildcats were second to none.

On June 26, 2026, Christopher Lee Douglas, Sr. departed this life. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brandy Hand Douglas; his five sons, Brayden, Hayden, Kaiden, Hunter, and Christopher “CJ” Douglas, Jr.; his brother, Steven Douglas; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Douglas, and his special uncle, David Douglas.
