Visitation 10-12 Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church 4205 E. Indian Trail. Funeral to follow at 12 noon. Burial Green Meadows Cemetery.

Cortez is survived by his two children, Harmoni and Paisley; mother, Dawn Mack; father, James White; siblings, Te"ryon, Ter'Lisha; Jamison, Trevon, Jasmine, Angel, Tarrell, Jarell, Jaylia, James, Jr., Quan, and Daymonte; grandparents,; and host of relatives and friends.
