Damon Diaz Hayes-Mobley, 19 of Louisville died February 14, 2018. He was a Fairdale graduate. Preceded in death by his father, Joseph Diaz, Sr., he is survived by his mothers, Tiffany Diaz and Dercarra Jackson, biological father Damon Hayes, siblings, Joseph Diaz, Jr., William Diaz, Mia Diaz, Joshua Diaz, Shacarrea Mobley, Damon Banks, and a host of extended family and friends. Visitation Friday 6-9 at Shively Christian Church 1822 Kendell Lane. Funeral 11 at the church. Burial Louisville Gardens Cemetery West. W.T. Shumake & Daughters in charge.
