Survivors his wife, Cassandra Stallard, brothers Garry Stallard (Sylvia), Bruce Stallard; sisters Denise Carr (James), Montrosie Stallard; and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10-12 Saturday February 9, 2019 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Funeral to follow at 12 Noon.
