She is survived by her four sons, Phillip Armstrong, Dalen Southerling, Raeshawn Johnson, and Malachi Smith; mother Teresa Bridgewaters Smith, brother Michael Smith, II. Funeral Friday, January 31, 2014 1:00pm at Star Hope Baptist Church 5009 E. Indian Trail. Burial Louisville Cemetery. Visitation 11am-1pm Friday. W.T. Shumake & Daughters in charge.
