Joseph David Diaz, Sr., 56, of Louisville died June 28, 2017 at St. Mary Elizabeth Hospital. Survivors his wife Tiffany; children Joseph, Jr., Damon, William, Mia, Joshua, father, Angel; siblings; Katherine, Marie, Jeffrey, Louisa (Rolando) and a host of nieces, nephews and family. Joseph is also survived by this dog and companion, Izzy. Visitation Thursday, July 6, 2017 10-12 at Community Missionary Baptist Church 4909 E. Indian Trail Louisville, Kentucky.
