Juanita Wells Murphy, 74, of Louisville died Saturday at Parkway Medical Center Survivors her son Alphonzo Wells, siblings Louise Madry and Joseph M. Wells, nine grandchildren Funeral 12:00 noon Friday at Portland Baptist Church. Burial Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation 11am-12noon Friday at the church. W.T. Shumake & Daughters in charge.
