Kerry Lee Lewis, 54, of Louisville died Saturday at Regency Nursing Home.

Survivors his son Anthony Lewis, and siblings James A. Bowens and Tina M. Chandler.

Visitation Wednesday,5-8, November 15, 2017 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Funeral 1:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
