Latrina Laquise Blevins, 46, of Louisville died Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Baptist Health.

She was a retired GE forklift operator, member of The Mopar Car Club, member of Christ's Church for Our Community, and an avid U of L and New England Patriots fan. Survivors her children Lavonta Blevins, Terrall Smith, and Deasia Blevins; parents Fredrick & Mae Blevins, siblings Joseph Shaw, Phillip Shaw, Fredrick Blevins, Jr., Tanya Hocker; one grandson Trent Blevins; and host of extended family and friends.

Visitation Sunday 4-6 at Christ's Church for Our Community 1226 Krupp Park Drive, Funeral 11 Monday October 21, 2019 at her church. Burial Louisville Cemetery.
