Peter B. Hopkins, 64, of Louisville, closed his eyes in rest on October 23,2026 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Peter, firstborn to parents Randa and Howard Hopkins Jr, began his earthly journey on January 17,1962. He graduated from Southern High School in 1980. He worked hard to support himself. Also caring for his terminally ill father before his death.
His work ethic and creativity will be remembered by those who knew him. He was a quietly sensitive and caring person.
He joins deceased parents Randa E and Howard Hopkins Jr and younger brother Howard III in peaceful rest.
Peter is survived by his sister Michelle who will miss him. Aunts Alberta Ballanger, Atholene (Peaches) Y Tinker and Cheryl Tinker as well as a host of cousins will remember his quiet presence.
In lieu of a funeral, there will be a private graveside farewell.
