Robert William Smith Jr. was born November 6, 1970, first born child to the union of the late Robert William Smith Sr. and the former Barbara Ann Buckner. Robert accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age. He earned his GED and attended Jefferson Community College.

He returned to his Heavenly Creator December 17, 2023. “Junie” was a brilliant and gifted man with multiple talents and many nicknames.

“Smitty’s” father and son, Tremaine Smith, preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing; his mother, Barbara B King, Stepfather, Ronald King; two sons, Andrew Boone and Robert William Smith III; two daughters, A’Shantiea Wilson and Jailyn Leffel; four grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. “Bob Willie” loved all five of his children, but mental illness along with the disease of addiction allowed him few ways to express that love.
