Robin Marie Thomas, was born to the union of Joyce Thomas and Neil Borders on August 3, 1964. Robin was the oldest of two children. Robin was born, raised and educated in Chicago, Illinois where she met and married John Rodgers. Later in life she moved to Southern California where she worked for BNSF Railroad as a manager. Robin later met and married Kevin Lucas until his early demise. Robin later relocated to Louisville, Kentucky where she lived the remainder of her life. Robin will be remembered for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. On Saturday, February 8, 2014, Robin departed this life. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother Joyce, her father Neil, her sister Dawn (Jimmie), her children, Porecha, Brittany (William), Paris (Floyd), and John Jr. Her grandchildren, Devante, Isaiah, Morgan, Imani, Angel and A'von. Her significant other Ricky Ellington and a host of other family and friends.
