Sharon Lee DuBose Stevens, 82, departed this life on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Visitation 6-7pm Friday, September 1, 2023 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:45am at Louisville Memorial Gardens West 4400 Dixie Highway Louisville KY 40216.

Sharon Lee DuBose Stevens was born on October 19, 1940. She was one of three children born to Frances Robertson Dubose and William Debose, Sr. She worked for M. A. Hadley Pottery Company until she retired.

She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and enjoyed attending church, loved all animals and played bunco with her friends.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William DeBose, Jr and Ronald DuBose; husband Richard Stevens.
On Saturday, August 26, 2023 Sharon Lee DuBose Stevens, departed this life. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister-in-law Betty Emery, adopted family Stewart and Travis families and Deborah Floyd. She truly will be missed.
