Sidney Don'Shay Alvis, 31, of Louisville died Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

Visitation Saturday October 24, 2020 12pm - 1pm at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Funeral to follow at 1pm. Burial Green Meadows Cemetery.

Survivors her mother, Stephanie Alvis, adopted parents Tony and Jelonda Roberts; three sisters, Tashianna Alvis, Whitney Flippins, Nicole Jackson, five brothrs, Richard, Roderick Alvis, Tony Anthony and Andre Roberts, two nieces, Brooklyn, Harlem, two nephews Syraquse, Lil Roderick, her boyfriend of 10 years, William Tillman, special aunty-granny Leatrice Alvis and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
