Teresa Michelle Crosby, 52, of Louisville transitioned to her heavenly home on Thursday, August 24, 2023.

Visitation 2:30pm - 3pm Sunday, September 3, 2023 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Memorial service to follow at 3pm.

Teresa Michelle Crosby was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 26, 1971 to Sanford Crosby, Sr. and Josie Mixon Crosby. Teresa was a precertification representative for Norton Health Care for many years.

Teresa is survived by her daughter, Taniyah; mother, Josie Crosby; siblings, Milton, Sanford,III, Danny, Shadale, and Wendy; a host of relatives and friends.
